Step 1: Collection of School Supplies
We host a 3K Walk/Fun day where supplies are dropped off
We pick up in person upon request or arrangements
We receive Amazon orders via our mailing address
Donations of money, and then we buy items
Step 2: Packing of School Supplies
We package in the U-Haul Short Boxes
We use the green shrink wrap for protection of the box/supplies
Step 3: Shipment of School Supplies
We use AmeZam: our trusted shipment company to Zambia
AmeZam shipment ETA to Zambia is approximately 8 weeks
Cargo ships from USA to the capital of Zambia, Lusaka
When cargo arrives in Lusaka, Zambia - it is placed on a bus to its destination. Currently, final destination is Chipata, Eastern Province
Step 4: Distribution Ceremony of School Supplies
Our Executive Director, Esther Kamungu oversees the operation on the ground with partnerships from Teachers, Parents, and Students
An organized ceremony is held to ensure equally distribution of items to the students. Our priority recipients are 1st graders; then examination classes (7th grade), and all those really in need of support.
Hired transportation is arranged to successfully transport the 2 U-Haul Short Boxes to the school in the rural area of Chipata
A hired professional photographer is also a part of the ceremony to capture moments
Step 5: Update to our Donors
We share feedback and photos of this school supplies distributions
We share on social media, in person, emails or preferred method

Currently, Daliso Foundation is seeking funds to ship 2 Wardrobe Boxes every first half and second half of a year to support 1,000 students.
Our goal is to ship 2 Wardrobe Boxes per quarter, in every year.
